This piece is a light, elegant fascinator with a definite “wedding-guest energy.” The base is a small, structured disc in a soft grey tone with a woven texture. Rising from it are airy loops and sweeping shapes made from fine mesh and sinamay (a stiff, lightweight hat material often used in millinery). The mesh curves upward like a petal or wing, giving the whole thing a sense of motion. A few thin, tapered quills add height and a bit of drama.
